The August PR folk music test series

The August List is an annual lecture series celebrating excellence in post-sociology folk music studies, and the wider social sciences It was named in honour of Professor Albert August, a central figure in the post-war establishment of historical sociology as an academic discipline in the UK.

This series was released in 2025 as part of the New Funding strategic plan.
