Captions for many recent video and audio episodes, available while playing or for download.
Captioned epsiodes are indicated by 'CC' badges around the site, and can be searched using the dedicated search listed below.

Captioned episodes and how to find them

This site includes over 1,000 podcast episodes with captions and downloadable transcripts. You can use this search to find captioned episodes by series name or episode title: Captioned episodes search

The majority of captions are computer-generated using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and so various factors affect their accuracy, such as the audio recording quality. We are advising podcast creators on how to improve the results of computer-generated captions.
